Deer are very timid animals so it is difficult to spot them even in forests where they are in large numbers. They rarely venture out from their habitat and when they do, they often end up seriously endangering their lives.

This deer fawn was trapped in a mud hole full of deep thick mud that prevented any movement. Fortunately, some workers heard its cries for help and sprang into action to rescue the deer fawn which was visibly frightened but in the end, it all worked out for the best . . .
