Fried, boiled or baked potatoes are and will always remain the most popular tuber in the world  and we will never get tired of eating them. Starting from this well-founded consideration, we propose a way to prepare them that will also make them look very attractive on a plate and even more when they are tasted!

First, peel the potatoes and slice them into thin disks, place them next to each other forming a line, then prepare a mixture of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary and use to brush over the potatoes. Roll them up and close them at the base with a strip of bacon.

Arrange them in a muffin pan and bake at 200°C degrees for about 35 minutes. What is your opinion of these tasty potato bacon roses? :)
