An easy apple puff pastry dessert!

Do you have only a few ingredients in the fridge and you want to prepare a tasty sweet treat? Well, for this recipe, essentially, you need just one apple and a roll of puff pastry dough.

Cut the puff pastry dough as in shown in the video, place the apple in the center and cover it completely. First, we recommend that you slightly carve out the middle of the apple and insert inside a couple of pats of butter and a little sugar to accentuate the flavor.

Brush the puff pastry dough with egg yolk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for one hour. A simple and delicious dessert!
