The beauty of cooking is that you can vary the dishes that you bring to the table, according to the seasonal availability of the ingredients.

Today, how about using a typical autumn or fall ingredient? We are talking about pumpkin, which we will use to create some very tasty fried bite-sized treats.

Just cut 300 g of pumpkin into bite-size pieces and season them with a pinch of salt and paprika. Dip the pieces one by one in two beaten eggs and a mixture of flour combined with sage and breadcrumbs. Next, fry them in olive oil and enjoy these incredible bite-sized autumn treats!
