If you love to cook potatoes, then you really cannot pass up this delicious recipe. Potatoes baked twice, namely, first baked in their skins in the oven and then stuffed and baked again!
To prepare this tasty recipe, first, boil two large potatoes, then cut them in half lengthwise, next, scoop out the potato pulp, leaving the potato skins intact!
Proceed to season the potato pulp with salt, oil, nutmeg, parsley, 120 g of cheese, 50 g of flour, gomashio, and paprika. Fill the potato skins with the potato pulp stuffing and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
