Elegant and delicious --- swan cookies!

Good cooking, as we know, is mainly about flavors and taste, but the external appearance of dishes can also help make the difference between a mediocre dish and excellent one.

Even very simple cookies can become memorable thanks to a little trick that transforms them into delicate swans.

Start with the dough (for 20 cookies): 300 grams of barley flour, 150 grams of sugar, a pinch of baking powder, lemon rind, 2 eggs, 50 ml milk, and 75 ml of corn oil.

Next, knead and roll out the dough then cut out disks as shown in the video. Now the swan is ready to take flight ... to the oven!
