Fancy a good pasta dish that combines the authenticity of seasonal products with an irresistible taste? 

Well, just procure a good pumpkin and begin to prepare this autumn dish that agrees with every palate. 

Ingredients for two people: 200 g of Farfalle aka Bow-tie wheat pasta, 250 g pumpkin, 100 g of bacon, 120 gr Taleggio cheese, 1/2 onion, 1 clove of garlic, red chili pepper, salt and pepper, oil, 1/2 cup of white wine, and 4 to 5 tablespoons of water.
