Today, we present a recipe for baked carrot fries, served with a delicious sauce made with Greek yogurt!

First cut the carrots, season with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper, parsley, and salt. While the carrots are baking in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, prepare the sauce by combining Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper. An easy and delicious recipe!
