There are some people who, for some reason, if they are not bothering someone else, they are not happy.

Case in point is this fisherman who instead of focusing on what he is supposed to be doing, namely fishing, he actually tries to playfully (?) push his dog that is standing innocently beside him, into the water! 

Too bad that during the second attempt at pushing the dog into the water with his foot, the man loses his balance and is forced to accidentally take a nice dip --- leaving the dog dry and his friend, who captured everything on video, bent over from laughing.
