If the menu you have chosen provides numerous courses, it is preferable to opt for a light dessert, maybe one without any icing or cream. Here is the perfect solution --- light and crispy star-shaped shortbread cookies, served with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
The ingredients that you need are --- 460 grams of flour, 230 grams of butter, 230 g sugar, 60 g of coconut flour, 2 egg yolks, and one whole egg, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Cook in the oven at 180°C degrees for 15 minutes and you will have perfectly baked cookies!
