Delicious Homemade Chinese Spring Rolls!

These Chinese rolls, also known as "spring rolls"', are typical of Oriental cuisine. They are made from very thin rice-based pasta, mixed vegetables, and meat, and seasoned with the traditional soy sauce.

Some of the ingredients you will find in a grocery store but for others, for the rice pasta and soybean sprouts, in particular, you will have to go to an ethnic grocery store, but now there is usually at least one in every city.
Ingredients for 6/8 rolls are:
- 3 spoons of sunflower oil
- 150 gr of ground meat
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 small zucchini
- 150 gr soybeans
- 100 gr of cabbage
- 6 / 8 sheets of rice pasta
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

In a large frying pan, heat the sunflower and sesame oil, then add the ground meat and brown it.

Add the onion, zucchini, and carrot, and then wait for the ingredients to be reduced before adding the cabbage and sprouts. Finish by stirring all the ingredients together using the soy sauce.
Fold half a sheet of rice pasta and put two tablespoons of vegetable mix in the center near the edge.
Next, fold over the sides and then start rolling up the sheet of pasta, all the way to the end.
Make the other spring rolls and place them on a kitchen parchment paper lined baking tray. Brush them with sunflower oil.

Bake in the oven at 350°F / 400°F (180°C / 200°C) for about 15 minutes until they are golden.
Now your genuine homemade Chinese spring rolls are ready!
