Unfortunately, in our collective imagination, a nursing home is not a place of joy and usually, a sense of melancholy prevails among those who are housed there. But who said that there is no way to make nursing homes nicer places to live?

In fact, in Denmark, a company has opened a bar in a nursing home, and the effects have been exactly what were expected! The mood of the patients is lighter and happier, and now they are more cooperative with the staff, and even their health has benefited.

Anyone of them can drop by for a coffee or, why not, an alcoholic drink if their health conditions allow it. Now things have changed for the better, don't you agree?
