In the world, there are about 70 million people who use sign language to communicate!
Now imagine that there is an invention which allows these people to easily communicate not only with those who in turn know sign language but also with those who do not know it.
That is exactly what two guys at the University of Washington have made possible thanks to the creation of a glove that is able to transmute the movements of the hand and fingers into words and text.
For now it is a tool that translates hand gestures only into English, but obviously, it can be applied to any other language. Fantastic!
