Dark spots may appear on the skin, in round or elongated forms usually after the age of 50, which is why they are also known as "old age spots" or liver spots.

Actually,  an advanced age is not the only cause that determines them because they can also occur on the skin of younger individuals. What plays a leading role is prolonged and excessive exposure to sunlight, which causes the so-called photoaging.

For many the appearance of these spots is not definitive -- there are laser treatments and others based on vitamin E that can help, but today we bring you another totally natural method.

Apple cider vinegar can be found in any well-stocked supermarket, organic or herbal medicine stores, or alternatively, you can buy it on the Internet.

Start by slicing the onions, cut them into chunks, and put them into a blender.

Also add the apple cider vinegar and reduce it into a mush.



With a cotton ball apply the mixture directly on the spots, at least once a day.


The ideal would dab the mixture before going to bed, in order to let it work overnight. Continue treatment for two weeks or until you see improvements.

The reason for the presence of these two ingredients is easily explained: first the onion is known to be able to repair damaged skin (eg make the scars), thanks to the antioxidants contained less visible. Cider vinegar instead stimulates skin regeneration. In conclusion, it has an agent remover and a repair agent that will help you get a new skin and without those unsightly stains.

Also remember that prevention is better than cure, and so it is always recommended to use a good sunscreen to prevent stains and other unpleasant diseases.
