Is this creature a freak of nature? What is it?!

Luján Eroles was walking in her garden when at one point she came across this disturbing creature and ran into her house screaming to her friends.

The monster looks like a worm with snake-like skin and is about 10 cm (4 in) long, but what is really disturbing is that this creature has two heads, one with two eyes and one with one eye winking!

Perhaps, it could be a creature suffering from some strange disease?! A friend of Lujan posted the photo on Facebook, hoping that someone would explain what it was but has not yet received a concrete answer!
