DIY Ant repellent that gets rid of pesky ants!
Nature and its creatures are beautiful things that we should always take the opportunity to admire.
Always ...or almost ...always, because to be honest, when "nature" gets inside the house, the situation is a bit more complicated, especially if it takes the form of ants that come into the kitchen and create an unstoppable assembly line straight to your sugar bowl or cookie jar!
Whenever that happens then we often feel forced to use repellents to exterminate the ants! However, there is another way and now we will explain how to make your own totally natural ant repellent that will keep pesky ants away from your home!
To prepare the repellent you will need:
- a container with a spray cap (an old bottle of window cleaner for example)
- 30 drops of mint essential oil
- 10 drops of clove essential oil
- 15 drops of orange essential oil
- 120 ml of wine vinegar
- 120 ml of water
Pour all the ingredients into the spray bottle and shake well. Next, spray the ant repellent where you see ants and in places where they could get in (like outside windows, door sills, and the like).
