Here is the recipe for these delicious chocolate mini-cheesecakes, which are eaten in just one bite!
The ingredients are as follows: 100 g dried biscuits, 25 grams of nuts, 70 g of butter, 450 g of cream cheese, 150 g of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, salt, 2 eggs, and vanilla.
Now, make a classic cheese cake, bake it at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes, then chill until firm in the refrigerator freezer for 2 hours.
Cut the cheese cake into small squares and dip them one by one in melted chocolate. Allow the chocolate to solidify, in the fridge before serving.
