With this recipe, you can easily create a fantastic dish, great for when you have invited guests. A rock salt roasted pork loin is a great main dish, ideal for both lunch or dinner. Its preparation is really simple! Let's see the ingredients and the tools you will need: 

- pork loin in a string bag (about 1.2 kg / 2.5 lb) 
- rock salt (about 1 kg /2.2 lb) 
- rosemary (2 sprigs) 
- a non-stick baking pan for plum cake 

For condiments, we recommend arugula, pachino tomatoes, and Parmesan flakes. Ok, let's get started! 

1. Cover the bottom of the plum cake pan with rock salt (do not use all of it) and place a sprig of rosemary on the rock salt.

2. Then put the raw pork loin in the plum cake baking pan and place on top a second rosemary sprig.

3. At this point cover everything with rock salt and cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about an hour.

4. When the pork loin roast is ready, with the help of a spoon, take the roast out of the rock salt.

5. Remove the string bag before cutting the roast into slices of desired thickness. This pork loin roast is good served hot or cold.
