This delicious Portuguese dessert is actually very simple to make.
First, you will need a rolling pin to spread out the puff pastry dough and a cup to cut out the round forms.
Next, get a package of puff pastry dough, 250 ml of fresh cream; 100 g of sugar; 60 g of flour and the zest from half a lemon. After spreading and cutting the puff pastry dough, place it in a floured muffin pan.
Next prepare the cream and then fill in the muffin shapes with the cream and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
