This "special" dog has had dozens of owners, but in the end, someone has fallen in love with him
Ms. Jamie Hulit is one of those women who are always ready to volunteer to help in her city's kennels in Austin (Texas), as well as offering a temporary home for those animals waiting for a family to take care of them forever.
When she met the dog Lucky, however, Jamie decided that in this case, the hospitality at her home would not be short. In fact, the large dog, who has a highly visible face malformation, came from a story of continuous abandonment that with her, finally, has come to a happy ending.

Lucky was born in a Labrador breeding farm in 2012.
The owner of the dog farm, in an attempt to be free of a puppy with such an obvious face malformation, gave Lucky away without a request for compensation. Unfortunately, this was only the first of a series of adoptions that would cause him to change owners several times until he arrived in Austin. There he was adopted by a family that already had cats in their household that did not take very well the arrival of a dog. Consequently, Lucky ended up in the small backyard garden, tied to a tree, and without shelter and company. When the family decided to move house, Lucky was returned to the animal shelter in Austin.
However, once he had returned to the kennel, the poor dog finally had an encounter that would change his life forever ... in a positive way!
There, a volunteer took care to clean Lucky up and take some photographs that accompanied the announcement that, it was hoped, would help find a human being suited to him. That's how Jamie discovered Lucky's existence and when she met him for the first time, Lucky appeared undernourished and struggling with various health problems due to years of neglect.
After a whole week spent attached to an oxygen concentrator and expensive veterinary care ...
Lucky was finally back in shape!
His new owner has changed his name to Beaux Tox, because it sounds like "botox'', an ironic name but she clarifies that: "I appreciate him for what he is!"
Jamie started making ties for him with the aim of calling attention to his friendly character, more than the physical problem that characterizes him.
In his new home, Beaux Tox cohabits with other dogs, with whom he gets along very well!
And here, in this short amount of time, he has received more love and care than what he had received since the day he was born!
