Do weeds haunt you? Here is an economical and less invasive solution than chemical herbicides
Weeds, everyone knows, have a proverbial resistance. Weeds grow everywhere and why should they not? Nature infiltrates our courtyards, ignoring the flooring, and simply taking its course.
However, we who would just like to have and maintain a well-kept courtyard, need a non-invasive solution to the problem.
The method we propose today is cheap, easy to put into practice, and not particularly aggressive towards nature.
Generally, we had two ways to free ourselves from weeds! Either by pulling them out with our bare hands or by using herbicides. If the first system is effective but extremely tiring, the latter risks exposing the whole environment to harmful chemical products.
Fortunately, there is an intermediate solution and it is a cocktail of three ingredients found in every home, namely, salt, vinegar, and liquid dishwashing soap.
This mixture is quick and efficient and, for an optimal result, should be sprayed on the plants in the sunniest part of the day. A regular application will keep unwanted plants at bay.
- 12 cups of white vinegar (3 liters)
- 1 cup of salt
- 1 tablespoon of liquid dishwashing soap
Try it! Seeing is believing!
