Wearing makeup is fun, as well as appearing nicely-groomed, perhaps with a touch of bright colors --- these are all things that are always positive but no woman would mind also having a clean, bright, and radiant face when she is not wearing any makeup, right?

The eyes are the fulcrum of the face, so even when you do not wear any kind of makeup you can still do something to enhance them. This advice applies to clothes and hair color and depends mainly on your complexion. A face without makeup tends to appear lighter and less defined, so opting for very dark colors may not be a good idea, as well as using white or light or dark and heavy colors (depending on your complexion) because this will only accent either paleness or darkness.  Consequently, give space to colors but pay close attention and choose those colors that go well with your skin tone.
