When they come into the world, dogs with particular disabilities do not seem to usually have extremely favorable prospects for life.

In fact, their physical handicaps are very often the reasons that many possible owners give for not buying or adopting them, in favor of other healthier pets.

But this did not happen to this sweet little puppy born with a significant disability, whose life was saved by the big and compassionate heart of a little boy.

The true story that we are about to tell you has at its center a farmer who, worried about the considerable weight gain of his dog Dolly, had decided to take action regarding the diet of the small dog.

But, one day, he decides to go to work without his faithful four-legged companion, and he leaves Dolly alone at home ... and you have no idea what surprise the farmer in our story found when he returned home!

Well, Dolly was not fat and overweight, she had only been pregnant, and had given birth to four very sweet little puppies, one of which however had a highly visible defect in its front leg.

Not being able to raise five dogs at home, the farmer decided to post at the entrance to his property, like in the old days, a sign with a written advertisement, saying that he was looking for a family for the newly born puppies.

The farmer did not know, however, that the first dog in the litter that he would give away would go to a very unusual little boy who had been particularly touched by the little puppy with the deformed leg.

However, the farmer could understand that perhaps the reason was because the little boy himself was wearing a metal leg brace that he was forced to wear due to a disability. Therefore, evidently, the child felt a very intense affinity with the poor little puppy.

Moral of the story? The farmer, surprised and deeply touched by the little boy's personal history, decided to give him the little puppy, free of charge. And as he gave him the puppy, he said the following moving words that should make everyone think about the true meaning of compassion and life: "No charge. There's no charge for love."
