An elderly lady from the United States declares war against motorists who are speeding out of control and breaking traffic laws! Is this another "Clash of the Titans"?

Apparently, although one might think the opposite, the battle was actually won by the American grandmother!

In fact, this elderly lady, armed with a harmless hairdryer, sits in a chair at a dangerous crossroad in her small town to literally "slow down" the cars that constantly speed through that four-way intersection!

This entire story took place in August 2019 in Finley Point, Montana.

I’m helping to keep Finley Point safe. SLOW DOWN! Speed checked by radar.

Ms. Patti Forest Baumgartner posted pictures of herself, sitting in a garden chair by the side of the road, armed with a cup of good coffee in one hand and a hairdryer in the other.

The apparently funny and bizarre gesture of Patti actually hides a much more serious and socially useful purpose. She did this for her grandkids  - to prevent motorists from driving too fast and exceeding the speed limits so that no more unnecessary traffic accidents - that are also sometimes fatal for those involved - would happen.

Obviously, the Montana Highway Patrol troopers in her area have noticed Patti sitting at the crossroads "armed" with her hairdryer and decided to reward her in a fun but at the same time highly symbolic way with a trooper hat and a personalized sticker badge!

I tried hiding, but some how he found me from my pictures. Don’t run from the Montana Highway Patrol. Boy he’s a tall and good looking kid. I wanted to ask how old he was.

A hairdryer, certainly, will not solve the problem of motorists speeding and driving too fast and, unfortunately, car accidents will continue to happen.

Nevertheless, unquestionably, every town on our planet should have a fearless and tenacious lady like Ms. Patti, who uses her harmless hairdryer as if it were actually a speed camera ... of this we are convinced!
