This dog accepts treats from everyone but not the Dog Catcher!

This dog has very clear ideas on who to deal with. He gladly accepts the biscuit by anyone, but when you say it's by the dog catcher he refuses with a very sad expression. Surely his owner will have educated it, but the result is very cute and has a great symbolic value.
