This cat shows up at the home of a little boy whose cat had just died and it is love at first sight
When, at the age of 15, their cat named Charlie passed away, it was a serious blow for Valerie and her family.
And most of all, for her little son Jonathan, who suffered more than the others for this loss. And this is not surprising at all since, from the little boy's birth, he and his cat had been literally inseparable.
Every moment at home, for Jonathan, was shared with the cat Charlie, that was a real best friend. So when he passed away, the 6-year-old boy started asking his mother Valeria if he could adopt another cat.
And his request, despite the fact that his mother had delayed giving her little son an answer, was granted in an unexpected and very particular way!

"When it's time to add another cat to the family, Charlie will send it to us." This was Valerie had repeatedly responded to her son's petitions after the death of his beloved cat.
Until one day, as if out of nowhere, a nice ginger-haired tomcat showed up at the family's house. Moreover, it was immediately clear that he was a very affectionate cat.
With truly surprising confidence, the cat approached the woman and settled on her lap—staying there for about an hour, enjoying a good dose of pampering and attention.
Two days later, the cat came back in the evening, and this time he got to know Jonathan. Needless to say, the spark of friendship was immediately felt between the two.
The soft and gentle "guest" cat let the little boy play with him as if he had always known him.
For his part, Jonathan could not have been happier, and the photos showing the two playing and having fun together clearly demonstrate this.
But just as the cat arrived every day, it also left every day! So, for this reason, Valerie thought that it belonged to someone!
So in an attempt to trace the cat's family, she put a collar around the cat's neck with a message attached saying "I love your cat, please call me if it's yours. Thank you!"
It did not take long before Valerie's phone rang. The person calling was a 69-year-old neighbor who had adopted Garfield about 10 years earlier.
The cat, as she explained, had never lost his stray cat habits, and therefore, he often went off by himself to explore the neighborhood.
The woman and Valerie, therefore, decided that the custody of the cat would be shared by both families, so as to allow Jonathan to spend time in the company of his four-legged friend.
It seems that Valerie's request was answered by their deceased cat Charlie when this ginger cat came to their house to give its affection and friendship to little Jonathan!
