There are many recipes that can be made at home with a few ingredients and a few minutes to make the hottest season of the year cooler and more relaxing. In recent years, cold cream of coffee has become increasingly popular in the summer, a drink usually made in bars and that everyone, young and old, really likes. But did you know that it can also be prepared in bottles?

To prepare the bottled cream of coffee you will need just:
3 tsp of brown sugar
1 mocha pot of 100% Arabica coffee
200 ml of vegan cream
With the 100% Arabica coffee prepare the mocha, fill the filter completely without compressing; turn on the stove over low heat and bring the coffee to a boil; when you see that it is about to come out, transfer it immediately to a cup, then put the moka on the flame again so that the coffee can come out completely.

Take the first cup of coffee you put aside and put it in a bowl; add a spoonful of sugar and mix well; then, add the remaining mocha and two more teaspoons of sugar; keep stirring. Take an electric whisk and whisk the mixture for 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Let the mixture cool and put it in the refrigerator.
Finally, fill a 1 liter glass bottle with the vegan cream, and using a funnel, also pour in the cooled coffee mixture; shake well and let the two ingredients mix perfectly, until they form a thick cream. Let cool for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
You can also serve the bottled cream of coffee in a glass cup, garnishing it with mint leaves, pure coffee beans or cocoa or chocolate flakes. Enjoy your drink!
