A sweet little dog climbs up next to the coffin of her deceased master and accompanies him on his last earthly journey
A dog's loyalty is forever. Even when the beloved master passes away and "abandons" him forever, he will always be close to him; for this reason a sweet little dog wanted to accompany her favorite human on his last earthly journey, watching his coffin as it headed towards the cemetery. This story happened in Buonabitacolo, a small town in the province of Salerno, in Southern Italy.
The dog is called Lassie and she wanted to accompany her owner's coffin, who had passed away, by climbing in and crouching next to the coffin and positioning herself at the back of the hearse, which would soon carry her favorite human on the last journey, up to the burial in the cemetery. The Funeral Directors Ferro di Montesano sulla Maricati have pointed out that the presence of the deceased's beloved dog at the funeral was not planned, nor was her presence in the hearse planned, but in the emotion and amazement of the moment they let it go.
If this isn't an extreme test of four-legged fidelity, what would be?
