A very impoverished father finds work after "wallpapering" the city with a handwritten CV
The age-old problem of the search for work troubles many people from all over the world. 2020 has been an even more difficult year, in this sense, due to the pandemic that has hit all the countries of the globe and has forced many businesses to close forever. Many have been left without a job, hoping that the future will bring something better. Ángel Medina is a 44-year-old man, one of many who would do anything to find work and earn an honest living. The man, who has lost a child and has a very difficult family situation behind him, needs to provide somehow for the rest of his family. Ángel has never been discouraged and, despite not having a computer or printer to make use of, has managed to find a job in the old fashioned way: writing his CV by hand.

The man needed, now more than ever, a stable job to be able to support his family; but how to find one in such a competitive world, without having the necessary means even to write a resume? This humble guy, who has always remained positive, didn't lose heart and wrote by hand a resume of all his skills, his personal details and his telephone number on the sheets of a notebook. After that, he started "wallpapering" his city with his "old-fashioned" CV.
The man was looking for work mainly on farms; on his CV it says: "I have experience with cattle breeding, I know how to milk, make cheese and train horses. My name is Ángel Medina, I'm 44 years old and I have no vices".
Those who saw the papers hanging around the city wanted to help Angel by sharing the photo on social networks. The hope was to make the man more visible and so it was: at least 30 different job offers arrived within a few hours!
A story that teaches us how difficulties can be overcome, even when they seem insurmountable to us.
