A Police agent stops some cars, but what he does after leaves them stunned !

In the town of Lowell (Michigan) some lucky drivers are stopped by officers with a special purpose. While one of them holds them trying to figure out what gift they are looking for or for, other agents are in a shop hearing from the radio, and arrive a little later with the package.
