Although of course light and healthy recipes are preferred in most cases, sometimes you can have an exception...and if it's delicious as the one described in the video then, even better! Mix in a bowl half a cup of glucose syrup (or honey as an alternative), half a cup of melted butter, half a cup of condensed milk, half a cup of sugar and half a cup of brown sugar, add half a teaspoon of salt and place in the microwave for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. When cool, put everything in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and you'll have a delicious piece of caramel to be served at your convenience.
