We all already know that life is made up of many unexpected events and surprises. But sometimes, some situations seem to border on the absurd - so absurd, that it can make us doubt if we live in a shared reality. In this case, imagine that you are driving instructor who is ready to give students their driving theory exam and you suddenly find out one of your students has arrived at the exam venue in her own car. How would you react?

This ridiculous situation occurred in the Italian city of Biella, where a 40-year-old Nigerian woman showed up to take a driving license theory exam driving her own car. The most incredible thing of all is that the woman not only parked her car in front of the building where the driving tests were to take place, but that she was driving the car by herself. This was in clear violation of Italian driving regulations which require a learner-driver to be accompanied by a driver who has held a valid driving license for at least ten years.

Once the woman sat down to take the driving license theory exam, she was acosted by Traffic Police officers - the same officers who had noticed that the student had parked her car at the entrance of the building of the Motorization (DMV). The woman was then charged with a driving offense, as stated in Italy's highway code.

It is not clear why the woman needed to obtain a driving license if she was already driving her own car. Was the car she drove to the DMV hers? Was there some scam behind her actions? Was she just confused? The truth is we just don't know why she took such an unwise, reckless and bizarre decision...

After learning about this absurd story, we can say we have heard everything now, right?
