She has thirteen children and spends most of her day cooking, washing and ironing
The life of a parent is not easy at all: between bringing a child into the world, raising them, caring for them, educating them, teaching them the values of life, and so on; this is a very hard and challenging job, but which, if carried out with true love and enthusiasm, can give supreme satisfaction and fulfilment to a mother and a father. And this is what happened to Vicky Jamieson, the woman who is the subject of this parental story – which borders on the incredible and unbelievable. Just imagine, this 39-year-old woman from the United Kingdom has spent seven years of her life constantly being pregnant, and now, she has 13 children...

This mother undoubtedly knows how to manage and run a home and a very, very large family. Just imagine that Vicky Jamieson said that, in order to ensure all of her thirteen children lack for nothing, every single day she spends up to five hours in the kitchen preparing their breakfasts, lunches and dinners; then she sets to washing their clothes, drying them and then ironing them. This is a major job that requires a lot of dedication and great willpower. Vicky comments: "It's definitely a full-time job having such a large family, but it's always been my dream to be a mom. My husband, Craig, and I have a five-bedroom house where seven of our children live with us full time, and the two Craig had from a previous marriage come and stay with us on the weekends.
Our days start quite early and the kitchen is one of the busiest places to be. By the way, we only have two bathrooms in the house, so trying to wash and dress all the kids can be difficult. Imagine that Craig and I are in the kitchen from about 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm to make dinner every day because we usually have to cook three completely different meals, as some of the children are quite fussy about what they eat."
Although daily life in a family of 15 individuals is sometimes very hard and challenging, some of her children love to help to do the household chores, which is why Vicky revealed that, at least in some instances (like after having had lunch or dinner), all of her children are in charge of tidying up their own bedrooms. But do Vicky and Craig have time for themselves?
The 39-year-old mom's response is crystal clear: "I volunteer at a charity shop, and it's so good to just be myself there and be called Vicky, rather than 'mom.' When we can, it's nice to change the surroundings. Craig and I very rarely go out in the evening, but we always do it when it’s a celebration, like on the occasion of our birthdays and anniversaries. "
And you? Could you manage a family with thirteen children?
