Homeless man changes his appearance thanks to a hairdresser he met on the street: "I don't want to live like this anymore"
Often it happens that we complain about our lives, about the work we do, our jobs, our families, about how we waste our free time and about everything else that is not going right in our little worlds. Sometimes, however, it would be useful to stop for a moment and look at our lives from the outside. By doing so, we would realize how lucky we are - unlike some people who can't even have a single meal every day. In fact, in every part of the world there are people who are less fortunate than us - people who, for various reasons, find themselves having to face very difficult conditions. There are those, for example, who do not even have a roof over their heads and have to live on the streets, making do as they can.
Many times, however, life holds surprises and fate can assist those who have had less luck than others and ensure that their futures go in a new and more positive direction. The subject of the story we are about to tell about you knows all about this.

Bruno Henrique Cassimiro Ramos, the subject of this story, is a 33-year-old young man who, due to a very troubled personal history, found himself at a very young age living on the streets of Votorantim, Brazil. To be able to eat, Bruno begged for money on the streets, near a set of traffic lights. One day, Leandro Matias passed by right next to him. Leandro is a young hairdresser and stylist and he took pity on the homeless man - he decided, there and then, to give him a hand.
"One morning, quite by chance, I met Bruno at a traffic light. I looked him in the eye and decided that I should do something for this unfortunate, young man. I approached him and gave him my contact details, telling him to come and see me at my place," Leandro recounted. Bruno took Leandro's business card, but he didn’t have the strength or motivation to go to visit the hairdresser.
Let's put ourselves in Bruno’s shoes for a moment: for a young man forced to live on the street, forced to ask passers-by for a few coins in order just to eat, getting a haircut to be "presentable" from an aesthetic point of view, was certainly not his main concern.
After a few days, and not having seen Bruno come to his hair saloon, Leandro did not give up and started looking for the young, homeless man. After a while, he managed to track him down and persuaded him to go with him.
"I took him to my hair saloon, gave him a towel and soap and told him to take a nice and relaxing shower. Then I gave him lunch and thereafter, I went to work. I gave him a nice haircut and I also gave him a facial and an eyebrow grooming. The result was amazing. Both Bruno and I couldn't believe our eyes. He was delighted with the change and I felt good about having helped him, " recounted Leandro.
Bruno himself spoke of this experience in an interview: "The meeting with Leandro took place at the best possible moment. I had hit rock bottom and when this happened. It is time to stop, reflect and do everything possible to get my life back together. I no longer believed in life, but Leandro gave me the right push and strength to take my future back and I will always be grateful to him ".
From that day on, and thanks to the change in his appearance, Bruno's life took a completely different course and set off towards a brighter future. Perhaps deep down and subconsciously, this 33-year-old man was ready to change. All he needed a kick-start to start living again and, thanks to a kindly hairdresser, he got the opportunity to do this.
