This mother takes care of 37 children and describes her daily routine: "My day starts at 4am in the morning"
Being a parent can take a lot of time from all the other chores you have to do that don't involve looking after your child, but it is certainly a great thrill to be able to raise another living being. But if you think that being a full-time mother, with a job and a home to manage at the same time is tiring, then perhaps you should read the story of Tusayiwe Mkhondya, a 23-year-old woman who, in addition to becoming a single mother at the age of 18, is also responsible for 37 other children. You got it right: this woman is mother to 37 children aged between 5 months and 16 years. In her story on TikTok, she explains how her daily routine goes.

Tusayiwe Mkhondya is a young mother who, after opening a family home for orphaned children in Malawi, has become the mother to all those who children who, for whatever reason, had lost their parents. The 23-year-old founded the organization You Are Not Alone (YANA) to provide a safe and comfortable home for children who have had the misfortune of being orphaned.
Tusayiwe's day starts at 4 in the morning, when she starts preparing food for all the children. Her commitment is absolute: "I try to give them an education, training and skills," explained the young woman. "I am the only one who cooks for the children under 5, and each of them has their other morning needs". All the children go to bed at 7.00 pm, but for this young mother, the day does not end then, as many of her foster children wake up during the night because they need to feed.
"I have to feed them, change diapers and get ready for work and the coming day," explained the indefatigable woman.
Managing a foster home is not easy at all, but it seems that this young woman is doing her best and is succeeding in her intentions. Not surprisingly, the young woman was praised and supported by all her TikTok followers for her hard work: "You're doing an amazing thing for all of these kids! Keep it up!".
Tusayiwe Mkhondya has no doubts or regrets about her commitment and emphasized this very important concept: "Children should never feel alone. Some are orphans, others have only one parent, others have both parents, but they have been abandoned by them". And this is why the young woman founded the YANA organization. Congratulations to this amazing woman!
