Every parent has their own personal way of dealing with the education of their children. There is no perfect and infallible set of rules, but common sense should be the foundation for any system. And there is no shortage of people who will criticise others for the rules they impose or carry out. A father was criticized after posting a short video showing himself leading his five young children on a leash. That's right, you read that correctly: on a leash. Learning about this bizarre way of managing an outing with five children, many users have voiced their outrage.

The video of this American dad, Jordan Driskell, quickly went viral and immediately caused an uproar over its content. What would can one say about a father leads his children around on a leash? Hundreds of users were immediately offended by the video: "Those kids are human beings, not dogs!" is one of the many comments posted. In fact, this is perhaps the first thought that comes to mind when one sees a leash. But Jordan was not intimidated by the comments and responded to the criticisms: "When people judge me for using child leashes, I always say 'try to put yourself in my shoes and go for a walk'."

Jordan and his wife Briana, said they use child leashes for peace of mind and to allow the whole family to enjoy a walk or other activities: "For our peace of mind and our sanity, we use child leashes. They allow us to get out of the house and do fun things with the family without becoming stressed." We can imagine how stressful it can be to deal with five young children, but many users have opposed using this solution.

Jordan also added that in situations such as at pedestrian crossings or very crowded places, leashes allow him to have perfect control over the safety of his children. Among the various criticisms received, one user wrote: "That's wrong. If you can't handle that many children, don't have any in the first place." There have also been some users who, despite the criticisms, have defended the choice of these parents by supporting the use of leashes: "I see nothing wrong with it - he is just protecting his children from any possible danger or from getting lost".

What do you think about this?
