At first glance it looks like a wasp, but wait a few seconds and you will be stunned !

What you see in this video is a mantispidae, also called mantidfly, a strange insect native of North America that seems to be born from a praying mantis and a wasp. The Curious insect feeds and behaves like a mantis, but has developed the characteristics of the wasp to escape predators. In fact, as you can see, the resemblance is purely aesthetic: it has no sting and has an extremely docile behaviour, so much that some hold it at home as a pet.
