Woman is 74 years old but looks much younger: "I avoid the sun" - this is just one tip she gave
Growing up also means growing older. Past experiences shape our personalities, slowly transform us and prepare us for tomorrow. Wisdom and knowledge, gained with time, are "strong weapons" in our lives. Unfortunately, advanced knowledge usually goes hand in hand with advanced age.
Many people want to stay (and look) as young as possible for as long as possible. And the 74-year-old subject of this story has stunned everyone. Let's find what her secrets of longevity are:

This is Vera Wong, a true icon in the fashion world: she is a famous designer who made her name by creating wonderful wedding dresses. But that's not the most notable thing about Vera.
Vera is 74, but her face and her body definitely don't show this! Slim frame, flat stomach with abs, long and toned legs. Not an ounce of fat on her. The "aging" of her body seems to have frozen years ago.
What is most surprising, according to what she said, is that remaining young-looking was never a priority for her: "I'm happy to be aging 'well', but I have always given more importance to my work than anything else", she said. Yet there are some steps that she recommends others follow.
"I always try to get at least 9 hours of sleep. Sometimes, I don't manage this but I try. Sleep is vital to looking youthful," Vera stated.
"I also try to avoid getting too much sun because it's not good for the skin and encourages the appearance of wrinkles, for example," she added. And Vera also admitted that she does not deprive herself of some "naughty" pleasures: she drinks vodka-based cocktails very often, generally in the evening between 6 and 7 pm.
Vera summarizes the secret of her "eternal youth" with this insight: "No one believes me when I say it, but working keeps you young. It keeps your mind active and healthy, and your spirits energetic: the well-being given by doing a job well is, I think, a decisive influence on the body", Vera said. What do you think about this lifestyle philosophy?
