Get pen and paper or use your keyboard and write: one zucchini, milk, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds and then soak them in the milk in a small bowl. Next, in another small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and salt. Coat the round slices of zucchini with the mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt, and arrange the slices on a grill. Bake at 220°C for 30 minutes.
