This short film has moved thousands of people! Watch it and you'll understand why! ;)

This short film was created as a thesis project at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, by the German animator Jacob Frey, who personally conceived, wrote, directed and animated the entire short film entitled "The Present" (2014).

The result was so exceptional that this short film has been presented and screened in more than 180 festivals around the world and has won over 50 film, audience, and jury awards.

The short tells the story of a boy who would rather spend his time indoors playing video games! One day his mother decides to surprise her son with a present that he cannot ignore - a puppy!
