Here's how to create a vegetable garden using kitchen scraps!

Whether we want to use them to decorate our gardens, or we actually want to produce fruit and vegetables to consume, knowing how to use leftover vegetable plants to regenerate new ones is very useful and above all quite easy.

Root vegetables like onions, celery, and pineapple can easily be put in the proper conditions that encourage them to sprout roots. Then, the sprouted portion is planted in the appropriate soil so that it can give life to a new plant that continues to grow, becomes mature, and produces new fruit or vegetables!  This is, by the way, a nice experiment to do with young children.
