A grandmother is told to close her street stall --- Her grandson's reaction is a sight to behold!

In some Chinese cities, the government has introduced the Chengguan aka the Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau which is a para-police force whose job is supposed to be to crack down on unlicensed street vendors, illegal street parking, and low-level city crime.

Obviously, these agents must often face the resistance of the people they are trying to arrest, fine, or close down! In this case, this little boy is giving them a hard time since he is determined to defend by every means his grandmother when the agents try to close her stall since she does not have a street license!
