A mother and her puppies were rescued separately -- their reunion moves us!

Rachel Sylvester is the founder of Sidewalk Specials, a shelter for abandoned and abused dogs located in Cape Town (South Africa). 

A few days ago she saved seven puppies from malnutrition and neglect not knowing that their mother was in even worse shape. 

After the lady owner's initial refusals, Rachel was finally given permission to also rescue the mother dog who had already not been eating for several days... Just look at the touching moment when they were all reunited.
